The luxurious sprawling layout of Rosby Guesthouse has been joined by a romantic, self-contained one-bedroom apartment fondly known as Rosby Studio. Nestled into the homestead garden and overlooking the same picturesque Mudgee Valley as the guesthouse, the studio offers a private retreat for guests wanting to share all the space and spoils of the guesthouse before escaping to their fully detached space.
Rates include a bottle of Rosby premium wine on arrival and breakfast supplied for each morning.

Rosby Guesthouse
Four king-size rooms with private en suites and verandas lead into huge shared living spaces under cathedral hardwood ceilings, including all the pampering details that discerning travellers should expect in boutique accommodation: luxury bathroom products, high-quality cotton linen, an open fireplace, premium hand-sourced interiors, and fluffy bathrobes.
All rooms include a luxury king-size bed or two king singles, and feature a private en suite, some with baths.
All rooms access the main living rooms, open fireplace, and full kitchen, as well as the veranda and private breakfast areas.
Rosby Studio
Rosby Studio is a romantic, self-contained one-bedroom apartment nestled into the homestead garden and overlooking the same picturesque Mudgee Valley as the guesthouse.
The studio offers a private retreat for guests wanting to share all the space and spoils of the guesthouse before escaping to their fully detached space. Complete with its own spacious, stone-lined bathroom, modern kitchenette, flawlessly decorated sitting room and luxurious queen bed.
