Situated in the heart of Wine Country, Rosedale Estate is a stunning five-acre property, only a few minutes drive from the Hunter Expressway, fine restaurants, cellar doors, golf courses and concert venues.
Rosedale Estate is beautifully landscaped with a cottage rose garden, vegetable garden, a large fenced dam and a rotunda.
Light and spacious with high ceilings, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout and combustion fires. A huge dining table is the hub for a great night of fine dining and laughter. Rosedale also boasts a fabulous outdoor entertainment area with a barbecue, swimming pool, large trampoline and children’s play equipment.
Rosedale Estate is beautifully furnished and boasts seven spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms, two large lounges both with combustion fires, a wonderful country style kitchen and a stunning large dining room. It even has a secret garden with fresh herbs and vegetables for your stay and a chicken shed so that you can collect fresh eggs each day
