Sabor Dessert Bar at Pokolbin is a modern, fully air-conditioned building with large sliding doors that can be opened to allow the soft vineyard breeze to come through.
Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and indulge in desserts, coffee, tea and matching wines, not to mention the breathtaking views of the vineyard below as well as the Brokenback Mountain Range.
Sabor have grown its dessert menu to include over 50 different desserts, each one created individually as nothing is served by the slice. This brings a new level of culinary delight to desserts in the Hunter Valley. Indulge in multi-award-winning Portuguese Chocolate Mousse, decadent cakes, pastries, handmade chocolates, Portuguese tarts and gourmet ice-cream.
