This 30 minute guided tours give you a behind the scenes look into how the protected Ligurian bees turn nectar into the honey we know and love. Discover the history of their bees, explore the honey extracting facility, and indulge in a personalised honey tasting experience. Every tour purchased, includes a complimentary gift and a delicious honey ice cream to enjoy on the balcony as you watch the bees return to their hives.
Island Beehive Beekeeping Experience
Imagine being a beekeeper, hearing the buzz of the bees as you open the hive and watch them as they bring in the pollen and nectar. In this hands on, educational experience, you get to be the beekeeper.
With an experienced beekeeper, you’ll interact with active hives, learn about bee behaviour and get your photo taken holding a frame of live bees.
Get an insight into the life of the bees, the extraction of live honey and other bee products.

Day In The Life Of A Beekeeper
Visit secret apiary sites passed down from generation to generation and see the endemic plants that the bees collect nectar from to create some of the rarest honey in the world.
