Shambles Brewery was founded by a few mates with a shared love of beer. It started with a backyard brewery, and now they’ve got a really big shed filled with really big, shiny tanks in the heart of Hobart.

The warehouse has a bar on site serving our freshest beers (and Tasmanian Wines and Spirits) as well as delicious food, a table tennis table, a fire pit, a beer garden, a beer hall, and some very meticulously stacked firewood.

They’d like to say they’re open anytime day or night… but someone’s gotta actually brew the beer. So the Tap Room is open from 4pm Wednesday and Thursday, and from midday on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The warehouse is also available for bookings and private functions.

About the only thing we like better than making beer is drinking it, so come join in for a pint.
