Escape to the sand at Shelley’s — a lovingly kept, pet-friendly beach house in a quiet cul-de-sac, only a few short steps to your own beach track down to Culburra Beach. Sunny, relaxed living zones, leafy decks and an enclosed yard make this an ideal spot for easy beach days, family fun and long afternoons on the deck with a BBQ.
Upstairs offers a bright, central kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and a handy revolving pantry, flowing into a cosy lounge and dining area that open to the covered deck with glimpses of the beach. Downstairs provides extra space to spread out: a family room with a corner lounge, flat-screen TV, DVD player and a Wii game console, plus a garage games haven stocked with table tennis, boogie boards, fishing gear and other beach toys. Practical extras include a laundry with washing machine and dryer, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, and plenty of off-street parking (room for cars and boats).
The layout suits families and groups — three bedrooms (two queens plus bunks) and two bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Pets are welcome, and the fully fenced yard is perfect for dogs to enjoy some safe outdoor space.
