Shore Beats Work is a modern 4 bedroom holiday home with 3 bedrooms inside and 1 detached bedroom at the rear. Accommodates 10 guests, short walk to the side beach, dog friendy, large entertaining area.
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven/ceramic cook top, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, electric frypan. Dining area with table/chairs, living area with smart TV, lounge, split system air-conditioner.
3 bedrooms all with ceiling fan/light, main bedroom and second bedroom with smart TV’s – 4th bedroom-detached room in the rear yard-split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, bathroom facilities are inside house.
Main bathroom-shower over small bath, vanity, w/c, top loading W/M.
Rear yard with large entertaining area-large smart TV, fridge/freezer, outdoor setting, hooded gas BBQ, lounge, coffee table, 4 seater hi-top table, wood fire – BYO wood, sliding door that open to front deck. Rear verandah with L shape lounge.
Fish cleaning facility
2 car carport under main roof, drive-through driveway, backyard with grassed area.
Bed configuration – bed 1 – King, bed 2 – double, bed 3 – 1 bunk – bed 4 – detached room – queen bed plus 1 bunk
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
