The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer. The living area features a TV with USB port, DVD player, and digital radio/CD player. The main bedroom has a queen bed, TV, walk-in robes, and an ensuite. The main bathroom has a full-size bath, shower, and separate w/c. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has two king single beds, and bedroom 4 has a bunk bed. The laundry includes a sink and front loader washing machine.
The home has ducted evaporative air-conditioning and gas heating in the lounge area.
Double doors open to a paved undercover area with an outdoor setting and hooded gas BBQ, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea views. There is also a fish cleaning facility.
The bed configuration includes a queen bed in the main and second bedrooms, two king singles in the third bedroom, and a bunk bed in the fourth bedroom. Pillows and quilts are provided, but guests need to bring their own linen, including pillowcases, sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels.
The garage is not available for use. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not allowed, and any pets sighted at the property will result in the loss of the bond.
