Dover Cottage is a beautifully renovated coastal shack offering the perfect getaway for those who love both beach and bush. Ideally located with Aldinga Conservation Park directly across the road and Aldinga Beach just a short stroll away, the home provides a peaceful base to explore the natural beauty of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Inside, the home features a welcoming front living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering with family and friends. The main bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and enjoys lovely views out to the surrounding bushland. The second bedroom features a double and single bunk bed, making it a great option for families or small groups.
At the centre of the home is a functional kitchen equipped with a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, overlooking a spacious dining and family area. On cooler evenings, guests can enjoy the warmth and atmosphere of the wood combustion heater.
Outside, guests will find a private heated swimming pool and garden area, creating the perfect space to relax, entertain or enjoy the sunshine. The home also includes Wi-Fi, along with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.
