Sip and Banter distillery is a small batch craft gin distillery located in the scenic hills of Tallegalla, Southeast Queensland. Founded by husband-and-wife team Tim and Jo, the distillery specialises in creating premium juniper forward gins that blend tradition with local flavour.
The cellar door is opening soon, where visitors will be invited to enjoy complementary gin tastings, signature cocktails and cheese and grazing platters. Guests can sample the award-winning Navy Strength or the smooth and versatile Classic, both crafted on site with care and personality.
Whether visitors are there to sip, unwind or share a laugh they are welcome to experience the fun side of sophistication. Come raise a glass, meet the makers, and discover the spirit of Sip and Banter.
