Whether you call it a rage room, a smash room, a break room or an anger room, SmashLAB, a 20-minute drive south of Wollongong, is the place to let off some steam.
An emerging type of therapy – and a lot cheaper than a psychologist – you’ll smash the hell out of dinner plates, bowls, cups, mugs, vases, bottles, ornaments, and even items like washing machines, printers and other appliances.
Just wear your normal clothes, enclosed shoes and inner rage. SmashLAB will supply full face protection, overalls and gloves. The Rage Room caters for up to four people at a time and you can bring your own things to smash for an extra fee.
And if you’re looking for quirky and different event entertainment, SmashLAB has a Mobile Rage Room they’ll bring to you.
Participants must be over the age of 12.
Participants under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to attend and remain on site for the duration of your visit.
