Sokyo favourites, such as the Spicy Tuna on a bed of Crispy Rice, will be met with enticing new flavours including truffle-infused lobster, grilled over Japanese charcoal. Complementing your experience is a comprehensive selection of Japanese sakes and whiskies, Japanese beers, shochu cocktails, wine and champagne and non-alcoholic options to provide an added burst of flavour.

The Sokyo brand has indulged diners for over a decade at The Star Sydney, with the inaugural venue becoming one of the most celebrated Japanese culinary experiences in Australia, alongside award-winning sister restaurant, Kiyomi, at The Star Gold Coast.
