We are a family built and run property set amongst tropical gardens on 15 acres with a pretty small private lake. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK IN TIME IS FROM 11.00AM TO 5.00PM We do have a limited amount of powered sites available on request. Our quirky communal building has lots pf power points, hot showers, flushing toilets, TV, Wifi, ping pong, pool table, dining areas, fire place and an undercover BBQ area beside our lovely resort style swimming pool. Bicycles and skateboards are OK for the kids as we have loads of concrete walkways and dirt tracks. We are ‘dog friendly’ and only a 5 minute drive from the Agnes Water town centre and local beaches, and a short 10 minute drive to the beautiful town of 1770. There is loads of space for motor homes, big rigs, buses, tents, campers and caravans. We run on rain water, so make sure to fill your tanks with water before you arrive.
