Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach is Broome’s premier, award-winning hospitality destination. The venue has been thoughtfully designed to cater for families, tourists and locals seeking a relaxed and inviting dining experience.
Fitted with a state-of-the-art 6HL microbrewery kit, Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach can brew mid and low-strength beers in-house and offers a distinctive line of craft beers, with a select native range brewed with local botanicals and ingredients such as gubinge and lemon myrtle.
Understanding that individuals have their own unique preferences when it comes to craft beer, the venue is installed with 24 rotating taps that can cater for the volume and diversity of products.
Furthermore, the venue showcases a menu featuring simple yet quality Australian pub fare and incorporating seasonal produce to reflect Broome’s seasonal diversity.
Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach is committed to providing a holistic hospitality experience which is reflected not just throughout the food and beverage offering but through the creative events and activations, locally sourced art on display, children’s playground and sports and community program screening on the giant outdoor LED screen.
