Spinnaker Quays is a boutique resort consisting of 18 three bedroom, two bathroom luxury air-conditioned apartments designed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Each apartment can be presented as a one, two or three bedroom apartment to meet your needs. Each room is bright and spacious with all modern facilities including a kitchen, private balcony (includes barbecue) and living room.

You can choose either a first, second or third floor apartment each with its own unique features designed to ensure a restful and memorable holiday. All apartments can be accessed by lifts.

Situated on the Spit at Mooloolaba, the spacious apartments overlook the picturesque Mooloolah River and Harbour. Spinnaker Quays is a short walk to all amenities including the Mooloolaba Surf Club and Sea Life (Underwater World) as well as the restaurants and cafes at The Wharf complex right next door or a short stroll to the Mooloolaba Esplanade.

Enjoy a swim in the heated swimming pool, or take a quick walk across the street to take a dip in the warm waters at the patrolled Mooloolaba Beach (yes, even in winter!).
