The Children’s Bridge, donated by a local farming family over 100 years ago, spans the river to provide a safe pedestrian crossing to the elegant bandstand and war memorial.
Picnic tables and electric barbecues are provided to encourage visitors to stay and enjoy the tranquility of the gardens.
Walking trails along the riverbank offer the opportunity to explore the landscape and interpretive signs provide information about the local heritage, history and natural environment.
