Sun n’ Sand is spacious with a large rear yard and plenty of off-street parking.

Three bedrooms – one queen, one queen, a trio bunk, and a bunk – sleeps 9 (maximum 8 adults). Quilts, blankets, and pillows are provided, but you can bring your own linen or hire it through the Country Getaways office.

The queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a main bathroom with a shower and separate bath, as well as a separate toilet.

There is a television and DVD player in the master bedroom, and all three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There are also two additional fridge/freezers located in the garage rumpus room.

There is a pool table in the air-conditioned rumpus room adjoining the house.

There is a sheltered outdoor dining area at the rear overlooking the yard. The rear yard is secure with a lawned area.

Beach access is approximately 350 metres away via a public walkway located at the end of Percy Street.

There is off-street parking for up to four vehicles in a long driveway and in front of the house.

There is a fish cleaning sink in the rear yard, plus a crab cooking pot for use on the barbecue.
