Nature and forest bathing is a practice of slowing down, awakening your senses and reconnecting with nature.
Experience the nature and forest bathing in some of the Sunshine Coast’s most stunning and iconic wilderness areas.
Forest bathing draws on a sequence of evidence-based activities to support us to slow down, become more present and comfortable outside and explore or deepen your own relationship with nature.
We walk, we talk and we explore, some of the time together and some of the time solo, but always with nature.
