From a small shop hidden in a suburban Sydney backstreet to a network of fifty stores across Australia’s eastern states, Sushi Hub has come a long way in twelve years. Locally sourced and hand-rolled on-site, each of their shops promises the freshest sushi.

Sushi Hub has bonded by their love of classical sushi. It has subsequently created a sublime menu that is full of flavours, including Maki Roll, Sushi Box, Sashimi and Salad, Inari, Nigiri and Sushi Platters. Sushi Hub signature dishes that appeal to the eyes, as well as your palate, are the Fresh Tasmanian Salmon Roll, Crispy Free Range Chicken Roll and Tuna Salad Roll. Sushi boxes and salad boxes are also available.
