Step inside to a light-filled dining space that flows out to the courtyard, alongside a relaxed lounge bar and parlour centred around the main bar. Outdoors, the all-seasons courtyard features a two-way fireplace, firepit nooks and a retractable roof – made for long lunches and easy evenings.

The seasonal menu celebrates seasonal local produce with global inspiration, complemented by a curated selection of South Australian wines, local beers and impresssive list of cocktails. Sussex is also home to the much-loved Pudding Club – a monthly gathering on the last Tuesday of every month dedicated entirely to the joy of decadent desserts.
