Deluxe Villa
Comfortable and spacious two bedroom Deluxe Villas overlooking grassland and Lake Macquarie. Equipped with all features you would find at home including queen sized bed, lounge and television area complete with Foxtel, relax and enjoy this perfect home away from home.
Cabin
Enjoy one of the Swansea Gardens Lakeside Holiday Park Cabins, located close to the lake, amenities, and the recreational area of the park. You won’t be far from the ideal spot, beautiful sunsets on the lake, a barbecue in the outdoor campers kitchen area, a swim in the pool, or kicking back on your own veranda.
Villa
Comfortable and spacious two bedroom villas close to the Lake. Equipped with all features you would find at home, including lounge and television area and double bed, relax and enjoy this perfect home away from home.
Safari Tent
Luxury glamping tents thoughtfully designed to experience the nature with the comfort and convenience. The tents combine modern comfort and convenience offering an exceptional holiday experience for all guests.
The tent features are, spacious interior, kitchenette, dinning area TV, air conditioning, bathroom and large deck. We have family tent (sleeps 6) and a couples tent.
Accessible Safari Tents
There are two accessible glamping safari tents on offer at Swansea. These accessible safari tents represent a significant step towards making outdoor adventures more inclusive and opens-up new possibilities for individuals of all abilities to connect with nature.
Some of the key features of the accessible/inclusive safari tents are the easy access ramp, the accessible bathroom, and the spacious interior layout to provide ample room for manoeuvrability, allowing individuals with disabilities to navigate the space comfortably. The tents also feature a TV, kitchenette, air conditioning and a large deck with a BBQ. We also have a hoist and aquatic wheelchairs available on site.
Our safari tents are truly glamping at its finest, accessible to everyone, fostering a world where adventure knows no boundaries.
Accessible Lake Mac Villa
This three-bedroom, two bathrooms accessible villa overlooks the pool and sleeps six people.
The features are a Hi-Lo single adjustable bed in main room with a hoist, wheelchair friendly ramp, automatic opening entrance door, remote controlled blinds, motorised adjustable kitchen benchtops and cupboards, large circulation spaces. The villa also contains a dishwasher, oven and cooktop, self-contained laundry, dishwasher, fridge, air conditioning and a BBQ on the outdoor deck.

- A step free main entrance to the building and/or reception area (includes ramps or slopes with a maximum gradient of 1:14, otherwise are too steep for wheelchairs)
- Step free access to restaurant, lounge and bar
- Step free access to the conference or function room
- Doorways which are easy to open and have lever handles (doorways 850mm or wider when open and not heavy).
- An accessible public toilet which is unlocked.
- A wheelchair accessible toilet / shower and change room is available.
- Wheelchair accessible picnic tables (picnic tables require 720mm knee clearance and 800mm maximum height).
- Portable hoist is available.
- Portable commode chairs are available.
- At least one wheelchair accessible parking space with wheelchair accessible signage clearly displayed (International standards are 3200mm wide x 2500 mm high).

Have a slip resistant fold down seat or fixed seat in shower .Seat must be at least 900mm long.).
