Offering regular wine and cheese tastings and courses, as well as organising and hosting public and private events, the Sydney Wine Centre has been the home of accessible and enjoyable wine appreciation in Sydney since 2009.
Public events are held in an intimate tasting room in Pyrmont, while corporate and private events can be held almost anywhere in Sydney. With a range of formats, styles and presenters, there is an event option suitable for everyone, whether you are a first-time sipper or an experienced wine professional.
Popular tastings include the ‘French Cheese & Wine’ (nine French wines matched with nine French classes) ‘Intro to Food & Wine Matching’ (nine wines, five cheeses and four canapes) ‘A Taste of Australia’ (nine wines served with premium Australian cheeses, meat and seafood) and ‘Discover Italian Wines’ (12 wines, cheese and antipasto).
The team also specialise in training the hospitality industry with creative and professionally designed courses for all levels of service.
