Established in 1962, the Monichino family estate is highly regarded for its award-winning vintages. Katunga is known as one of the oldest wine growing regions in Australia dating back to the 1880s.
The emphasis at Monichino is on producing premium wines of full-bodied aroma and richness with minimum intervention.
The vineyard and cellar door are popular tourist destination. Visit the vineyard to experience the best in local regional wines.
Situated in the heart of the Goulburn Valley wine region, Katunga, located in northern Victoria and is only a two and half hour drive north of Melbourne.
Their wines are available to purchase on site as well as in selected retail and restaurants in Melbourne and regional centers.
