Severn River Cottages, which spans five glorious acres, is bordered by pristine forest and the languid Severn River.
Guests enjoy a choice of three private cottages set well apart. Each cottage has an attached carport, outdoor fireplace, and undercover patio with outdoor furniture overlooking a different aspect of the property. Indoor facilities include a fireplace, electric blankets, fans, heaters, coffee machine, television and DVDs.
One-bedroom cottages (Orchard and Catbird) accommodate up to two guests, each featuring a generous ensuite, queen-size bed, and well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, gas cooktop, and microwave.
The two-bedroom cottage (Frog Hollow) accommodates up to five guests and is positioned at the bottom of the property near the Severn River. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double-bed, and a foldout single bed is available on request. The full-size kitchen includes a fridge, gas oven and cooktop.
Enjoy the peace and splendid nature, kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, parrots, catbirds, kookaburras, and more.
Launch your canoe from the riverbank for a paddle on the peaceful Severn River, or simply sit and enjoy the slow flow.
Perfectly positioned with a short drive to cellar-door wineries, National Parks, and ten minutes to Stanthorpe.
Severn River Cottages is approximately three hours’ drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Charming, cozy Orchard Cottage stands near our fledgling orchard looking down the property from the quiet garden patio. The cottage is accessibility-friendly, boasting kitchenette, living/dining area, TV/DVD, separate bedroom, spacious ensuite bathroom, slow combustion woodfire, and undercover parking. Perfect for couples and romantic getaways.

The comfortable cottage boasts kitchenette, living/dining area, TV/DVD, separate queen-size bedroom, spacious ensuite bathroom, slow combustion fire (wood provided), and attached undercover parking. The perfect anytime escape.

Frog Hollow is nestled privately at the bottom of the property, bordered by pristine forest and the beautiful Severn River.
With all the comforts of home and a secluded, picturesque outlook, the cottage has a full kitchen, living/dining area, separate bedrooms, spacious bathroom, slow combustion fire (wood provided), and undercover parking. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double-bed, and a foldout single bed is available on request.
