Olde Glenreagh Station is an historic homestead in the scenic Orara Valley, offering a cozy farm-stay cabin called The Cubby, perfect for two to four guests to enjoy a laid-back country escape with marshmallow toasting by the fire, bird- watching and encounters with friendly Highland cattle and all their furry friends

The highlight of every stay is the chance to connect with the gentle Orara River Highlands— known for their long furry coats, big horns and calm nature. Guests are invited to get up close and personal for a hands-on memorable Experience that’s private and personalised, fun and educational. Set on the banks of the Orara River, the property offers summer breezes, kayaking, picnics and peaceful valley views of Horses and Highland Cows grazing. This 1919 property was the original creamery and stagecoach stop and once again invites guests to slow down, reconnect, and unwind.

Conveniently located a couple of hours south of Byron Bay and surrounded by pristine beaches and waterways – its only 15 -20 minutes off the Pacific Highway 40 minutes from Coffs Harbour Airport and only five minutes from the local village of Glenreagh, it’s an easy escape that feels a world away.
