The Cubby House Farmstay offers an apartment-style self-contained accommodation set amidst 16 acres at 604 metres above sea level, only a two kilometre drive from the historic town of Rylstone, or one kilometre if you wish to walk.
The apartment accommodates two to four guests, in the same room with a patio overlooking the rural scenes. King-size bed and sofa lounge that converts into a double bed as featured. You will find kitchenette-style cooking facilities, colour television and en suite. The room has an outdoor setting and a gas barbecue to help you enjoy the peaceful setting.
The shops, Clubs, Restaurants and cafes are just a 15-minute walk, ideal for dining out.
The Cubby House is a four-hour drive north-west of Sydney.
Animals: Goats, Chickens. wildlife, kangaroos, birds.
Activities: local bush walking, bird watching, stargazing or enjoy the peaceful and relaxing environment and rocky mountains of Kandos. There are no set activities.

Self-Contained Apartment
The Cubby House is a beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment that accommodates up to four people at an affordable price and is near the main farmhouse.
The apartment is open plan with a lounge and dining table, king bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom facilities and a patio with gas barbecue and outdoor setting.
There is a king-size bed and sofa lounge which folds out into a double bed to accommodate up to four people maximum.
Portable Cot and high chair are available if required, on request.
