The Dromedary Hotel is a beautiful old country pub dating back to 1895, located in the lovely heritage village of Central Tilba.
Nestled into the foothills of dramatic Mount Gulaga, their spot at the top of town means they’re popular with locals and visitors who come to wander the quaint stores and cafes of the main street, visit their famous Tilba Real Dairy or take a walk through the foothills of Gulaga National Park.
They have a great reputation in the area for their excellent food, their broad range of well-priced wines and extensive collection of interesting gins! They are pet-friendly in the beer garden, barn and veranda (but not in the restaurant or bar). They also have free live music every Sunday arvo, rain or shine!
The Drom is also home to Tilba Brewing Co, which produces delicious local craft beer and Tilba Distilling Co, creators of their now famous Rhubarb Gin (available only in the pub and to take away by the 700ml bottle).
