This multifaceted dining and drinking destination delivers a layered hospitality experience that extends well beyond the boundaries of a traditional Australian pub.

There are five distinct experiences within the venue. The Dining Room offers a refined bistro and grill with its own identity. Lounge Bar is a charming space featuring leather booths and a double fronted wood burning fireplace. Public Bar, a vibrant setting with a relaxed atmosphere and premium food and beverage offering. The Sports Lounge is designed with comfort in mind, featuring live sports, a large screen video wall, TAB facilities. Outdoor Dining is a new part of The Dry Dock’s offer, allowing guests to drink & dine alfresco in a stylish sidewalk setting.
