3 x 25 acre blocks were originally subdivided prior to the 1980’s by the previous owners of Biara for each his 3 sons. He gifted each of his sons one of these 25 acre parcels of land. It seems the 3 sons were not keen to stay around and eventually all three blocks were sold off.The Gateway is the last of these original 3 blocks.
