You’ll learn new ways of creating vibrant, energising food that your taste buds and your body and mind will love – with a focus on affordability and minimising waste.

Their small-group workshops include a mix of demonstration and hand-on cooking, lots of opportunities for discussion and questions, full recipes and notes, and conclude with a delicious shared feast.
