Introducing an exciting new initiative that takes emerging playwrights to the next level. In this stage, selected writers are supported by dramaturgs and directors to transform their ideas into fully developed plays.
Join in for a showcase evening where these talented voices will present dynamic excerpts from their works-in-progress, stories that are on the path to becoming complete, finished plays. This is your chance to experience theatre in its most daring and formative stage.
Produced by Wyndham Cultural Centre Theatre in partnership with Melbourne Writers’ Theatre, The Green Room Project champions creativity, craft, and the future of Australian playwriting.
