The Grifter Brewing Company (TGBC) is an award-winning yet unpretentious brewery, with beers served in Sydney’s best restaurants, most iconic pubs and leading venues. Set in a cavernous Marrickville warehouse, the brewery is a relaxed hang out space which looks as humble as the brand tagline.
TGBC crafts everything from Australian-style pale ales to the more experimental Serpents Kiss watermelon pilsner, as well as seasonal or limited-release brews and even seltzers. So, you’re guaranteed to find a beverage to suit your palate and hit the spot!
Settle in for a session by the tanks, tuck into their in-house pizzeria and crack into a game or two of pool. That is, after walking in past “The Big Orange Goblin” – a functioning grain silo transformed into a 10-metre-high can of TGBC’s best-selling beer. It’s the Inner West’s first Big Thing and a must-see tourist attraction for anyone visiting the so-called “Ale Trail”!
