THERE ARE NO CHECK INS AFTER 8 pm ….NO EXCEPTIONS Enjoy 100 acres of natural beauty, 10 minutes from Batemans Bay (south of us), 30 minutes from Ulladulla (north of us) and 10 minutes from Pebbly Beach (east of us), we have the most pristine beaches available on the south coast. I have a strict no noise after 9pm policy. Located off the highway, some road noise may be heard. I offer a safe environment to rest for the night or stay for a few and enjoy all that the local area has to offer. Only 10 minutes from amazing beach fishing at Durras and beautiful Long Beach known for its kayaking and paddle boarding. There is so much to see and do. Climb Pigeon House Mountain or cruise on the Merinda up the Nelligen River over a seafood lunch…you will not be disappointed. The pubs and clubs are a near convenience or you can just kick back by your own pit fire, and enjoy the stars in the safety of The Hundred Acre Woods.
