The Sample Food Festival is Northern NSW’s premier annual food event, held at the Bangalow Showground in the Byron Bay hinterland. It showcases local Northern Rivers restaurants, producers, and chefs through tasting plates competing for the prestigious Gold Fork Award, live cooking demonstrations, workshops, and artisan stalls, focusing on regional flavor, sustainability, and community.
