The Pinnacles in Maclean is a natural rock formation, a significant cultural heritage site to the local Aboriginal community, the Yaegl people.
The Pinnacles is a set of balancing rocks stacked on each other. The rocks are composed of sandstone overlying siltstones.
Situated only 300 metres from the Maclean Lookout. Pinnacle Rock has a viewing platform to capture the magnificent views of the rock formation, with glimpses of Maclean township and the mighty Clarence River beyond the Pinnacles.
