Maggie Beer's Farmshop Experiences
Family farm, in the Barossa.
The farm is where everything began over 40 years ago. And, humble though it is – the owners never tire of the surprise and delight seen on people’s faces as they come through the doors and realise they are sitting on the side of a dam. Every day, when walking in, it’s like coming home – and that feeling will never be lost. Guests are invited to visit the Farmshop and experience this corner of the Barossa.
The Farm Shop will always remain in the family as a special place that is loved to share with visitors. The owners often come for a coffee and a piece of homemade cake or a glass of wine with a cheeseboard or dukkah platter just to enjoy the quiet, sitting on the stools by the open window looking across the dam to the olive grove.
Visitors can see the vast array of delicious products all under one roof. A stroll in the fresh air with the ‘Farm Walk’ that begins around the dam that is such a haven for local birdlife, or catching sight of the native turtles in the dam.
