Mint by the Sea is a comfortable three-bedroom, two-storey holiday home on the esplanade that accommodates a maximum of eight guests with stunning sea views!
Upstairs is an open-plan kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Breville coffee machine (BYO pods), dining table, and lounge with a large TV. It also features a split-system reverse cycle air-conditioner. The balcony includes an outdoor setting. Bathroom with vanity, shower and water closet.

Downstairs is a rumpus and second lounge room with, TV, DVD & VCR.
Laundry with a top-loading washing machine and sink. Rear deck with large hooded gas BBQ, outdoor lounge, table and chairs to enjoy the sunset! Fish cleaning facility. Off-street parking for the cars and the boat.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Roller door access is not available for guests.
