Tumby Villas is located in the coastal holiday town of Tumby Bay, the perfect base for visiting the Eyre Peninsula.
Self-contained villas, a bungalow and motel rooms on site which are within walking distance to the beach, playground, street art, walking trails, skate & pump track, shopping, cafes and food outlets.
The villas are ideal for couples, families, friends and individual travellers who need a comfortable base for either a few nights or who are looking for a relaxing holiday destination. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom includes two king-single beds. All villas have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge room, air-conditioning, bathroom/laundry and outdoor deck.
The Bungalow is compact living in a small space for one guest or a couple with one queen bed and ensuite bathroom with full kitchen facilities in the kitchen/living space.
The motel rooms are ideal for comfortable short stays. Each room has one queen bed or there is an option for a room with one queen bed and one single bed. All have a large ensuite bathroom and kitchenette facilities.
There is ample onsite parking for trailers and boats so you can unhook and explore the Eyre Peninsula without towing anything behind you.
A communal BBQ/dining area is available. It is fully enclosed, a large share fridge and a 4 burner BBQ.

Villas
There are seven self-contained villas onsite, each with adjacent parking.
Each Villa has two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two king single beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes. You can book to use either one or two bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and cooktop, fridge / freezer, microwave, sink, cookware and cutlery and crockery for four people.
The lounge room has a long L-shaped lounge, coffee table and flatscreen TV with all digital channels. The dining table, adjacent to the kitchen, seats six while the reverse cycle air conditioner will keep guests comfortable in summer and winter.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, basin and mirror along with a front-loading washing machine and clothes pegs.
Each villa also has an elevated deck with a 4-seat outdoor dining table.
There is contactless check-in and check-out so guests can arrive or leave at any time.
Motel Rooms
There are eight self-contained motel rooms onsite, each with at-door parking.
The motel rooms offer spacious and comfortable living. Select from a room with a queen-size bed or there is an option of motels with one queen bed and one king single bed depending on guest preference. An additional sofa bed is also available only upon request.
Each room offers a table and chairs, a flat-screen TV with all digital channels, a sofa, reverse cycle air conditioning and a bar fridge. Tea, coffee, kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery also come as standard.
Provisions for a continental breakfast can be arranged for an additional fee.
The spacious ensuite bathroom features a shower, toilet and basin.
These motel rooms are popular with business travellers, and there is contactless check-in and check-out so guests can arrive or leave at any time.
