The Townsville Brewery, originally known as The Townsville Post and Telegraph Office, opened on the 2nd of December 1889 and was one of the grandest examples of Victorian architecture of its time.
In 2001, the building was converted into a microbrewery, complete with a tavern, restaurant and Banquet Hall. The Townsville Brewery has been providing unique and original craft beer to the local area since 2001. It is the coolest place to hang out in Summer!
