This workshop starts with an introduction to the history and significance of weaving in Aboriginal culture. This includes the traditional techniques, materials used, and the cultural significance of weaving in storytelling, cultural practices, and daily life.
This workshop aims to provide participants with a hands-on experience of traditional Aboriginal weaving, while also fostering an understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal culture, art, and traditions.
