Treasury on Collins (locally known as ToC) is a historic 1876 classical limestone building that has been refurbished and transformed into a stylish boutique hotel. Offering suites as well as apartments, it is rare to find central Melbourne accommodation with so much space.
ToC enjoys a prime location in arguably Melbourne’s best precinct where free trams, buses and taxis pass by the door. All accommodation features a well-appointed kitchenette, convenient clothes washer/dryer and a relaxation area (separate in the apartments) with large flat screen tv and instant Netflix. Fast business-grade wifi is reliable, unlimited and absolutely free for all guests. All day guest lounge access is included as is their popular buffet breakfast.
ToC is a blend of old world elegance with contemporary furniture and fittings offering a delightful retreat from vibrant Melbourne. Perfectly situated in the city’s historic heart, ToC is often described as Melbourne’s hidden gem.

Heritage One Bedroom Apartment
Their spacious Heritage One Bedroom Apartments (65 square metres) are located in their beautiful heritage building and offer superior accommodation with separate living area with sofa, large television with Netflix movies, dining table, kitchenette with stove-top/microwave/sink and Nespresso coffee machine.
The separate bedroom features a king size or twin bed and en-suite bathroom with washing machine/dryer.
Heritage Loft Spa Apartment
The split level one bedroom Loft Apartments (70 square metres) in the Heritage Building offer exceptionally spacious open-plan living with incredibly high ceilings. Downstairs is a living/dining area with sofa, dining table, large screen television with unlimited Netflix movies and television shows and a fully equipped kitchenette with stove top, microwave and dishwasher.
Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and spa bath.
This room type is not suitable for children between the ages of six months and eight years of age due to climbing hazards.
Heritage King Two Bedroom Suite
The Heritage two bedroom apartment (85 square metres) offers spacious living, dining, kitchenette and washer/dryer in bathroom.
The master bedroom features either a King size bed or two twin beds.
Heritage King Suite
Their Heritage King Suites are very spacious (42 square metres) and located in their beautiful Heritage Listed building. They feature either a king or twin beds, open plan living area, desk, flat screen television with Netflix and a well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee and tea making facilities.
These suites also have spacious bathrooms with washer and dryer. Every guest enjoys free unlimited business-grade Wi-Fi.
Heritage Queen Suite
Their Heritage Queen Suites (36 square metres) are also located in their beautiful Heritage Building and feature a queen, king or two single beds, combined living area (with desk, large screen television with Netflix), and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee and tea making facilities.
Heritage Balcony Suite
Their Heritage Balcony Suites overlook Collins Street or Queen Street and are the only room type that guarantees you will have a balcony and a view. The suites and balconies range in size. All suites feature king or twin bedding, large flat screen television with Netflix on demand, dining area and kitchenette.
