Yakitori is slow-cooked and flash-grilled over hot charcoals, creating a dish that is served tender, lightly charred with an optional drizzle of homemade tare sauce. Our wide range of sake brings wine maturation into the sake world. Housemade noodles using the best blend of Australian flours, that replicate the original texture and taste of Japanese ramen. Rich any creamy pork bone broth and clear chicken broth were slow cooked for more than 10 hours.
