Underground Barossa is the destination for premium fortified Tawny and Muscat from the Burge family – one of the Barossa Valley’s most respected winemaking names. Located in the heart of Tanunda, this historic cellar offers visitors the chance to purchase exceptional fortified wines directly from the source.
Open Mon – Saturday , guests can enter via the car park entrance to explore and purchase a delicious selection of Burge family fortifieds, including rich Tawny, luscious Muscat, and limited-edition releases that celebrate generations of craftsmanship and care. Each bottle captures the warmth, flavour and tradition of Barossa winemaking.
While fortified sales are the hero experience at Underground Barossa, the venue also proudly houses Trent Burge’s Barossa Boy Cellar Door, open for wine tastings that showcase the next generation of Burge family wines from Thursday – Saturday.
