The Vale Restaurant and Bar comprises of a state-of-the-art micro-brewing facility, visitor centre and commercial restaurant, with interior and exterior dining areas accommodating a maximum of 200 patrons, set amongst vineyards with breathtaking views overlooking the region.

The Vale Restaurant and Bar creates sensory local food and beverage experiences combining sight, sound, smell, touch and taste whilst utilising it’s spectacular natural setting reflecting the strong relationship between the original South Australian Craft beer brand and the region. Experiences include beer flights, brewhouse tours and use of innovative technology to enhance our experiences.
