· Bánh Xèo – Vietnamese Pancake like crêpe made from rice flour, crispy outside with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts inside and best eaten wrapped in leaves of lettuce with herbs and dipping into fish sauce.
· Banh It Tran Vietnamese Mung Bean Dumplings – filled with shallots, cabbage, and bamboo shoots
· Khô Bò Sa Te – Spicy Vietnamese Beef Jerky which is so delicious
· Bánh Kep Lá Dua – Pandan Waffle, hot, straight from the waffle iron
