The Wellington Museum houses a collection of historic artefacts tracing Wellington history from 1830 to the present time, containing many photographs and specialty displays.

The museum was located in the former Bank of NSW building constructed in 1883, on the corner of Warne and Percy Streets in Wellington but has been relocated to the old police station on the corner of Maughan and Percy Street.

The museum is staffed voluntarily by members of the Wellington Historical Society Incorporated.
