The HO scale Whyalla Model Railway Display, located inside the Whyalla Maritime Museum, showcases a detailed miniature recreation of the region’s railway heritage. The display features realistic landscapes, buildings, and moving trains that reflect the historic rail lines transporting iron ore from Iron Knob to Whyalla.
Access to the display is through the Whyalla Visitor Centre, where visitors can enter the museum and explore this engaging tribute to Whyalla’s rail and industrial history. Entry fees apply.
