Widden Brook Farm make and sells ‘Elderflower Mist Sparkling’, a refreshing, naturally fermented, low alcoholic beverage. They handcraft this beverage on their farm to create a small batch, environmentally friendly, high-quality drink. It uses farm-grown produce and certified organic ingredients that they source as locally as possible.
Widden Brook Farm grow the botanicals on-farm for their Elderflower Mist Sparkling, and it uses their own mountain spring water from their farm. They then undertake the entire production process on the farm, by hand: harvesting, batching, brewing, bottling, labelling, boxing, etc. It is all done on the farm.
Their product is naturally low-alcohol and bottle-fermented. Beverages are crafted with wild-fermented botanicals and have only 2.5 per cent alcohol.
