Winmark, Danish for “Field of Wines” celebrates the remarkable revival of the historic Poole’s Rock Vineyard and restoration of the breathtaking 130-acre Hunter Valley property, under the watchful eye of Danish vigneron Karin Adcock.
For more than half a century the iconic vineyard located in the Broke-Fordwich sub region has grown exceptional fruit, with a proud history of producing highly acclaimed Chardonnay. In acknowledgement of this, Winmark Wines has devoted the entire estate to Chardonnay, and now produces four incredible examples of this world-famous style, each with its own personality, an expression of the site and winemaking prowess of its growers and makers.
Named 2023 Hunter Valley Cellar Door of the Year and Shortlisted for Best New Winery by the acclaimed James Halliday Wine Companion 2024, Winmark is not only a 5 Star Halliday rated Chardonnay producer, it’s a destination designed to connect guests with wine, architecture, art and nature. A wonderland of sculptures, perennial and rose gardens, luxury accommodation and natural landmarks of historical significance. Winmark is a place of remarkable beauty and unexpected discovery.
