Mardi Gras favourite Ultra Violet is heating up City Recital Hall this June with a special Winter Violet edition of the beloved sapphic-centred party.
Created by Sveta Gilerman and Jess Hill (DJ Estee Louder) for Sydney WorldPride 2023, Ultra Violet has since become the hit of the party calendar, with its queer heart and rainbow sound of house, electro-pop, club, hip-hop, and disco. With this year’s edition of Ultra Violet long sold out, Sveta and Jess return to curate Winter Violet, transforming City Recital Hall’s iconic auditorium and grand foyer into a lush dreamscape of sensuality and celebration.
Intimate, electric, and defiant, Winter Violet welcomes LGBTQIA+ women and allies.
Supported by Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
